Terms & Conditions — RC789 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and RC789 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the RC789 online entertainment platform available at https://rc789.cam and all associated services, software, content and features (collectively, the "Service").

RC789 is an English-language online entertainment platform targeting the Pakistan market. It offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games and instant-win products in a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) friendly environment. RC789 is operated by an international operator and does not hold or claim a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or federal gambling regulatory body.

By accessing the RC789 platform, registering an account, or making use of any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the RC789 Service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater.
2. You are registering the Account in your own name, on your own behalf, and for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of RC789 or any affiliated entity.
5. You do not already hold an active Account on the RC789 platform. Only one Account per natural person is permitted.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded, banned or otherwise excluded from the RC789 platform.
7. You are acting as principal and are not acting on behalf of any third party.

To access the full features of the RC789 platform, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to all Accounts:

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and valid contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
• Only one Account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, device, payment method or shared computer environment. RC789 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and withhold any funds associated with them pending investigation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. RC789 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the Account holder's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• You must notify RC789 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• RC789 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
• Account holders may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests related to responsible gambling will be processed promptly and with priority.

All deposits to RC789 Accounts are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the RC789 live cashier at the time of the transaction. The Platform's cashier may reference payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — these references are contextual only and do not constitute endorsement or affiliation with any payment provider.
• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the live cashier.
• RC789 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Users should check provider terms independently.
• RC789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into any Account at any time.
• Deposits made to an Account must be used to place bets or play games. RC789 is not a banking service and deposits are not held as interest-bearing deposits.

Withdrawal of funds from a RC789 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the RC789 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The Account holder must have satisfactorily completed all applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Where any active bonus is attached to the Account balance, applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the bonus portion of the balance can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated bonus winnings.
• RC789 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing time is at the Platform's reasonable discretion and may be affected by the payment method selected, verification status and volume of pending requests.
• RC789 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed set thresholds or that display unusual patterns. Processing of such requests may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of this review.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the live cashier. RC789 may impose withdrawal limits at its reasonable discretion.

RC789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Account holders. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). This is the minimum total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the relevant promotional terms. Any PKR figures given in promotional materials are illustrative examples unless confirmed in writing by the operator.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While an active bonus is attached to an Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is subject to a cap, typically stated in the promotion-specific T&C. Bets placed above this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed, activated or wagered within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from the Account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Account, household, IP address and payment method.
• Anti-abuse: RC789 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where the Platform reasonably believes that a Player has exploited or abused the bonus system, coordinated with other accounts, or engaged in prohibited betting patterns.
• Maximum cashout: Some promotions apply a maximum cashout cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap is stated in individual promotion terms and represents the maximum amount that can be withdrawn in respect of winnings from that bonus.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on RC789:

• All bets are placed at the risk of the Account holder. RC789 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any bet or game.
• Odds, prices and game parameters displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time. RC789 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds or game configurations. Bets placed on the basis of a manifest error may be voided.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a live game or in-play betting session, RC789 will resolve the matter in accordance with its technical incident policy. Where resolution is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Slot games, table games and instant-win products are governed by the rules of the individual game, which are accessible within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed returns.
• Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, football, UFC and other events — are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• RC789 reserves the right to suspend, void or cancel any bet where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, match-fixing or any other integrity concern.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RC789 platform. RC789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is identified:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using any automated system, bot, script or software to access or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or other activity designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to place bets or access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is restricted.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system, including through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or Platform staff.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from RC789.

RC789 is required to operate responsible Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. By registering an Account, you consent to RC789 requesting and reviewing verification documentation as and when the Platform deems it appropriate.

• Verification may be triggered at registration, before the first withdrawal, when deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or at any other time at RC789's reasonable discretion.
• Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani National CNIC), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and, in some cases, proof of source of funds.
• Documents must be clear, legible, current and in the Account holder's own name.
• RC789 reserves the right to restrict Account activity, including suspending withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• All verification documents are handled in accordance with RC789's Privacy Policy. Documents are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

RC789 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. These tools are available in the Account settings and include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss limits — cap your net losses over a defined period.
• Session time limits — receive reminders or hard stops when your session reaches a set duration.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your Account to prevent further gambling activity.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment only. All content on the RC789 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content and data compilations — is the property of RC789 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the RC789 Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from RC789.
• Modify, adapt, translate, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels or watermarks on Platform content.
• Use the RC789 brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RC789 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue or any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Interruptions to the Service caused by technical failures, maintenance, network outages or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to comply with eligibility requirements or applicable local law.
• Any actions taken by a third party in relation to your Account where such actions resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

RC789's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

RC789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Suspected bonus abuse, collusion or use of prohibited automated betting systems.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• At the Account holder's own request, including for responsible gambling reasons.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via the most recent deposit method, subject to completion of KYC, provided that the closure is not the result of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. Bonus balances are not returned upon Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RC789 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
